What’s New
Granular Control Statuses
-
We’re rolling out additional Control Statuses to enable more granular Control lifecycle management. Credo AI Controls will now support 2 additional statuses of “Ready for Validation” & “Cancelled”. The existing statuses of “Complete” and “Incomplete” will be renamed to “Completed” and “In Progress” respectively.
-
Assigned Controls will initially be in “In Progress” state. Once, evidence has been provided, Controls proceed to “Ready for Validation” for validation by the Reviewer. Reviewer can update Control status to “Completed” upon satisfactory review of the evidence. Alternatively, Reviewer or Admin can mark a Control as “Cancelled” at any point during the Use Case workflow to indicate that Control is no longer relevant to the Use Case.
Improved Stepper for Governance Workflows
-
We’re enhancing “Use Case Progress” section on the Use Case Overview UI for improved readability and intuitive navigation. “Use Case Progress” section is renamed to “Stage and Status”, and displays both stage and status in a single view.
Improved Email Notifications
-
We’re revamping existing email notifications for consistent look & feel and improved messaging. Customers can now choose to add custom logos and branding text in the body of the email notifications.
Mathematical Bounds for Metric Evidence
-
Credo AI Admins can now specify an optional mathematical range for each metric type evidence requirement. If an integration submits a metric value that falls outside these bounds (either too low or too high), the API will reject the submission with an error
Governance Bounds (Thresholds) for Metric Evidence
-
Credo AI Admins can now define an optional set of governance bounds for colored & named ranges of values in the UI. An admin may create up to n governance bounds. Governance bounds can be defined once an overall mathematical bound is set for a Metric type evidence.
