Commenting Enhancements

The enhanced Credo AI comments now support bi-directional communication between internal users and external users on the external user portal.

In addition to this, internal users will also be able to comment outside of Reviews for better communication. Users will be able to comment when Use Case is in any governance workflow stage and status. We aim to foster greater collaboration by enabling users to add comments before a use case is submitted for review.
Model Registry Enhancements

We are happy to announce major upgrade to the Model registry with in-depth customization for Model Intake and Governance. This upgrade empowers our customers to manage AI models more effectively by introducing custom model intake questionnaires, approval and rejection statuses, and enhanced visibility into key model details through model cards.

Additionally, this feature integrates with the Vendor Registry, enabling users to associate models with vendors and view relationships from both perspectives. This connection helps organizations track vendor accountability and understand model origins, improving decision-making and governance.
Out-of-the-Box Model Information

We have gathered information on the most popular closed and open-source LLMs, like Claude 3.5 and 3.7 Sonnet, Gemini 2.5 Pro, GPT4o, and DeepSeek R1, and are making that information available as out-of-the-box Model records that can be added to your Model Registry.

Upcoming Release
ServiceNow Integration

We are excited to announce upcoming release of ServiceNow Store hosted integration between Credo AI and ServiceNow. This bi-directional integration will support creation of Credo AI use cases via ServiceNow forms, as well as updating Credo AI use cases into ServiceNow. The integration is planned to be released as a ServiceNow application on the ServiceNow Store in the future.

This integration will provide an user friendly interface to ServiceNow teams for creating Credo AI Use Cases by submitting title, description, AI intake questionnaires and other details in a ServiceNow form.
