Purpose
HAR (HTTP Archive) is a JSON-formatted archive file format for logging a web browser's interaction with a site. The common extension for these files is .har.
The Credo AI support team may ask you to record a HAR file while your issue occurs. Providing HAR files will help us replicate and diagnose the issue, speeding up troubleshooting.
Instructions for creating HAR files
When creating a HAR file, it's strongly recommended to do that in a dedicated incognito/private mode; it minimizes interference from browser extensions and cached data, ensuring a cleaner capture of the network activity without potentially misleading or sensitive information.

Instructions for sending HAR files
Give your HAR file a descriptive name, which includes your company name, the date you created the file, etc. For example, microsoft_08oct2024.har
