Bug Fixes & General Platform Stability Improvements

ServiceNow Integration

  • When a questionnaire is removed from a Use Case in Credo AI, the questionnaire_evidences field in the corresponding ServiceNow record will be updated to reflect the removal.  

  • Fixed an issue where metadata fields such as Industries, Regions, Domains, and Value where not populated in corresponding ServiceNow Use Case when a new Use Case is created in Credo AI 
  • Use Cases created in Credo AI via ServiceNow intake form will now display "ServiceNow" in the Source field
  • If user tries to create a new Use Case in ServiceNow with a name that already exists, user will be prompted with a message informing them about the same and asking them to edit the name.
  • ServiceNow Use Case creation form has been updated to hide Upload-File type questions 
  • Fixed an issue where question descriptions were not rendered in the ServiceNow Use Case creation form
  • When a new Use Case is created via ServiceNow form, user will now be prompted with error message and additional context for any invalid or incomplete information.
