ServiceNow Integration

  • When a Use Case is created via ServiceNow integration, the corresponding user id will be auto-provisioned in Credo AI and the user will be set as the owner of the Use Case

  • Fixed issue where custom fields were not populated in ServiceNow Use Case table
  • Fixed issue where selecting a multi-select custom field in ServiceNow Use Case intake led to an error
  • Deleting Use Case in Credo AI now automatically deletes corresponding entry in ServiceNow table
  • Made update for ServiceNow intake form to work smoothly across multiple browsers
