This article summarizes the notifications that are generated by Credo AI, which can be sent as in-product and/or email notifications to users.
List of Notification-Generating Events

New Use Case is registered in Credo AI. | Use Case Owner gets notified that they are the owner and must complete the intake questionnaire. |
User adds an Owner to a Use Case. | User who was added as owner gets notified that they are now an owner of a Use Case. |
User adds a contributor to a Use Case. | User who was added as contributor gets notified that they are now a contributor to a Use Case. |
A Use Case contributor is changed into a Use Case owner. | User who was changed from contributor to owner gets notified that their stakeholder role on the Use Case has changed. |
User assigns a questionnaire section or control to another user | User who was assigned the task gets notified that they have been assigned a task. |
All required questions in a questionnaire have been completed | Use Case Owners get notified that their Use Case is ready to be submitted for review. |
A task has a due date that is one week (7 days) away | User who was assigned the task gets notified that they have a task that has an upcoming due date (exactly 7 days in advance of the due date) |
User submits Use Case for review | Users who were assigned to review the Use Case get notified that they have been assigned to review a Use Case in Credo AI. |
A user leaves feedback on a review of a Use Case. | Use Case owners get notified that another user has left feedback on their Use Case. |

Setting Notification Preferences
Users can set their notification preferences from the "Settings" page. Under "My Settings," click "Preferences," and then choose whether you want in-app and/or email notifications turned on for your account.
